reporters reported that a team of engineers sent experts with engineering tools up a lift to cut the blue steel structure or truss at the back that pointed up at the sky. Tools were required to cut the steel cables, including two large pieces of the blue steel structure that were overlapping each other. Having experts use cutting tools at the top end of the steel frame that points to the sky so that both parts are independent of each other and easy to cut and separate the steel structure parts using a crane to move them out of the area.
